Founded in 2018 by Lester Gray, the Tron Solar story began after moving to Illinois with a vast vision to provide affordable and efficient solar power in Chicagoland. In classic startup fashion, Tron’s office functioned out of Lester’s basement with 6 employees. After quick establishment as leaders in the renewable sector, Tron exploded into a rapidly growing 50+ person staff, developing a nationally recognized operations department with a key emphasis on exceeding project completion dates. Now, with a 5-Star Customer Service team and industry-leading installation and production, Tron’s foundation is set to enable us to continue serving our country with clean, productive renewable energy.
